Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications
An agent that answers confidently and wrongly is worse than no agent at all. This course treats grounding, evaluation and safety as core engineering concerns rather than compliance overhead, because in an ERP context an agent that misreports a balance or actions the wrong purchase order causes real damage.
Security is the second recurring theme. Agents operate against Fusion data under the calling user's permissions, and a developer who does not understand the Fusion role and privilege model will build agents that either fail silently or expose data they should not. Delegates work through permission scenarios directly.
Delegates build several working agents through the course — an HR enquiry agent grounded in worker data, an agent that invokes a Fusion REST API to complete a transaction, and a summarisation agent over unstructured feedback — then evaluate, secure and deploy each one.

Certification Exam: Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion ApplicationsNew
-
Who should attend
Aimed at practitioners who will build or govern AI agents inside a Fusion estate.
- Fusion Applications consultants extending into AI capability
- Developers building extensions and integrations for Fusion
- Oracle Integration Cloud developers adding agent skills
- Technical architects evaluating agent use cases
