Digital delivery

All XertApp courses are delivered online. No physical goods are shipped.

When you get access

Access is granted automatically to your XertApp account as soon as each payment is confirmed, normally within minutes. Lessons open from the first payment, lab recordings and the certification exam open as you reach the amounts shown on the course page. You can find your courses under My courses after signing in. Access is valid for 12 months from your first payment.

Instructor-led training

When an instructor-led course is paid in full, we email you the live-session schedule, introduce your lab instructor and share your real lab access (valid for 4 weeks).

Problems with access

If you have paid but cannot see your course within 24 hours, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
