XertApp (xertapp.com) is the online learning platform of APPSOLWORLD CONSULTING SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("Appsolworld", "we", "us"), A1603 Spectrum Metro, Sector-75, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Contact: contact@appsolworld.com, +91 92051 38405.

1. Your account

You need an account to buy and access courses. Keep your login details private; course access is for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

2. Courses and access

When your payment is confirmed you are enrolled in the course and can access its lessons online, normally within minutes. Course content, videos and materials remain the property of Appsolworld and are licensed to you for personal learning. Downloading, recording, copying or redistributing content is not permitted.

3. Prices, instalments and access

Prices are shown on each course page in Indian Rupees (INR), or in US Dollars (USD) for international buyers. You can pay in full or in instalments: the first payment is at least the minimum shown on the course page (₹5,000 / $60), and each later payment is at least the same minimum, up to the remaining balance. The balance must be paid within 3 months of your first payment; if it is not, access to the course pauses until the balance is paid (your progress is kept).

What opens depends on the total you have paid: course lessons, videos and quizzes from the first payment; lab recordings at ₹15,000 / $170; the certification exam at full payment; and, for instructor-led courses, live sessions with 4 weeks of real lab access at full payment. Self-paced learners who have paid in full can add one month of real lab access for ₹5,000 / $60. Course access is valid for 12 months from your first payment. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners (Razorpay, PayU or PayPal); we do not store your card details.

4. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Instructor-led training

Live, classroom and 1-to-1 batches are scheduled on request; their dates, lab access and fees are confirmed with you before payment.

6. Acceptable use

Please keep forum posts and messages professional and on topic. We may remove content or suspend accounts that misuse the platform.

7. Certificates

Certificates are issued for passing the relevant XertApp assessment and confirm completion of our training. They are not Oracle or other vendor certifications.

8. Liability

Course content is provided for training purposes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a course is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Noida / Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
