What we collect

To provide your courses, track progress, issue certificates, process payments and invoices, answer your questions, and send course-related emails. Occasional updates about new courses can be unsubscribed from at any time using the link in each email.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run XertApp (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) and when required by law.

Security and retention

Data is stored on secured servers with encrypted backups. We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as required by Indian tax and accounting law.
