Refund & Cancellation Policy

7-day refund

If you are not completely satisfied with a course, email us within 7 days of your first payment with your order number and we will refund all amounts paid for that course in full.

Instalments

After the 7-day window, instalments already paid are non-refundable. If the balance is not paid within 3 months of the first payment, access pauses until it is paid; paused access is not a cancellation and is not refunded.

Instructor-led courses

You can cancel for a full refund of the amounts paid before your live sessions start. Once live sessions have started, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Real lab access

Real lab access (the 4-week lab of instructor-led courses, or the 1-month add-on for self-paced courses) is non-refundable once the lab period has started.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval (bank processing times may vary). Course access ends when the refund is issued.
